Welcome back from Spring Break! If you’re anything like me, coming back to school after a relaxing and fun spring break can be rough. Here are a few tips to help you get rid of the post-spring break blues:
1) Make sure you check all of your assignments on Blackboard- you don’t want to miss due dates!
2) Make a to-do list and schedule out when you want to get things done.
3) Try to get some sleep! You’ll want to spend a lot of time with friends when you first get back, but take a few days to get back into the swing of things.
4) Get some exercise! You (and your brain) will feel better if you get some blood flowing.
