Do you feel like you’re already breaking those New Year’s Resolutions? Whether you’re trying to be healthier, working on studying more or resisting the urge to watch Netflix every night, it’s easy to fall out of that New Year’s regime that we told ourselves we would stick to.

To help you reach your goal, take a look at the who, what, why and how for gaining back your motivation:

Who: Remember who you’re doing this for. Most often New Year’s resolutions involve self improvement, so remind yourself that you’re doing this to make yourself better.

What: What was your initial goal? Maybe you’re over complicating your initial resolution. Try to simplify it to make it more attainable.

Why: Take a moment to remember and a write a list of why you created this goal in the beginning.

How: Write down a list of how you’re going to keep maintaining progress towards your final goal. Writing things down will make your goals seem more realistic.
